The Company was incorporated in the year 1985. Starting with a meagre turnover of Rs. 9.00 lac in the first year. The aim is to achieve an accelerating growth rate in the years to come.

The Company has so far completed 67 major assignments involving a total built-up area exceeding 62 million sq.ft. As on date, 6 major projects of built-up area totalling over 11.42 million sq.ft all located around Delhi, are under execution. The categories of project including hospitality, commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, shopping malls, multiplexes and other.

The company is managed by professional and IS ABSOLUTELY DEBT FREE.

The Company has  developed  a premium residential complex ”BLGC-SUPERB” in Noida comprising luxurious apartments and penthouses in an excellent natural environment. The aim is to provide the residents with the most satisfying living conditions in the vicinity of the busy metropolis of Delhi . The company is now  set to take-up development of properties of Commercial/Retail/Hospitality & other categories as well. It has developed a medium sized commercial property in Delhi.  This is only the beginning and several such projects would follow.
